I seldom write reviews, but I am more than happy to write one for Zion and his awesome team! Dealing with the stress of water damage caused by an LG subcontractor’s botched dishwasher repair was a lot! Zion and his team made this awful experience much easier to deal with. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very personable throughout the 2-week period it took to dry out my subfloors and walls. I was kept informed the entire time, and the team always arrived within the allotted timeframe . They were sure to text me 10 minutes prior to their arrival. A special shoutout to Dave and Deidre… they were wonderful!

Reviews
We were overseas when we got a call from a friend that our backyard is flooded. We called Zion Lugasi from Zgreen Restoration. He came immediately to look at the problem. Found that the issue is at our back yard garden, went to them and shut the main water pump to stop the flood. We contacted our landlord and she and our neighbor opened a claim with their insurance and from this point on Zgreen restoration is working with the insurance and fixing all the damage. They are doing an amazing job and we are so grateful for their professional work.
Thank you Zion and all your crew.
For over two years, I have been working with my insurance company to rebuild my second home that suffers from hot water damage throughout my home. I used ZGreen Restoration to do water and mold mitigation. I worked directly with Zion Legasi, owner. Zion immediately began the process of drying out my home. He work directly with my insurance company providing complex moisture readings/photos/documentation required to make sure I was afforded coverage. Zion coordinated asbestos removal. Throughout this long drawn out insurance justification, Zion was my “calm” demonstrating patience, integrity. professionalism and excellent workmanship. I would highly recommend his company.
