I hired an electrician who unadvertantly flooded my garage along with my entire shoe collection , books and stuff that I seriously thought was ruined forever .A neighbor advised me to contact Servpro to help with the situation and in less than an hour they were there , with equipment for drying up the garage , they assessed the damage , Isaac dropped by every day to check if the walls were dry and in less than 5 days my shoes were dried and back to their previous condition, even all the books were dried up .I would recommend them to anyone with a water damage situation for their professionalism and their prompt response .
I had an overflowing sink (children ...) with likely water damage. Servpro came right out, set up machines to remediate. They were always responsive and communicative. They were able to dry everything without deconstructing any walls or floors (which some estimates had not thought possible). They came out at the end of walk through with me. I would recommend them to anyone, and if I have to go through this again, they will be my first call.
I thought that the entire SERVPRO of Palo Alto team (especially Anna and Isaac) did an excellent job on my water damage remediation. I can say this with confidence because two other companies were not helpful at all; one in fact would have been a disaster had we followed their recommendation. They were prompt and very professional, did an excellent job, and most of all gave sound advice on how to address the problems we experienced.
