“I've been wearing glasses since I was a child. To me, IQ Optical is one of the best places. I discovered them a year ago, and so far, I've had two vision exams there, and I purchased four glasses which I like very much. They offer excellent service, good prices, and decent frames. What I find striking is their attitudes and the way the procedures are carried out. They work in an unhurried manner but they won't waste a minute of your time or theirs. When they are with you, they are a hundred per cent with you, no distractions. Usually, I feel nervous during vision exams, but not with them. The first time I was examined by Jennifer Bui, DO, and then by a new optometrist whose name I don't know. In both cases Linda assisted them. I admired their perfect teamwork. They examined me very carefully; the instructions and the questions were clear. They explained what was better for me, and they listened They were patient, attentive, and supportive. It was such a pleasure to be helped by competent and dedicated people. Linda also helped me choose the frames. She is such a sweet person. My glasses were ready in a day or two after the vision exams. Based on my experience with I Q, I am now their loyal customer, and I will strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a new prescription and new glasses.“

“I don't live in SoCal but I've used Hye Optic for my prescription lenses for about ten years because of their great service and always low and fair pricing (much better than even Costco), getting a new pair of frames every year or so. I would buy my Designer frames on eBay, send them to LA, and then get them back within a week or so...perfectly done, every time. I have been in cancer treatment for the last couple of years and I'm unable to work, putting me in an uncomfortable financial situation for the first time since I was a young man just starting out in life. I now have to carefully watch all my spending, and given our current inflation rate, it's often a challenge. My new prescription (much stronger from age), along with inflation, caused the price of my lenses to increase quite a bit and I requested that they send the frames back to me because I just didn't absolutely need the new lenses at the moment. My current glasses would have to hold me for a while. A week went by and I hadn't gotten them back, so I emailed them and asked whether they'd mailed them yet. They told me that they were filling the order anyway and that they'd mail them when they were finished...on them, as in no-charge/gratis.....FREE. I was nearly speechless, though I thanked them from the bottom of my heart. This was just an unbelievable gesture from them. I just really have no words to explain how grateful I am for Hye Optic, their staff, and their customer loyalty. Needless to say, they've got a customer for life. They had me anyway, but this sealed the deal. Regardless of any online companies low price offerings, I'm sticking with Hye Optic for life. Any company that behaves this way deserves my business, and everyone else's. It doesn't get any better than this. Beside the fact that their work has always been absolutely perfect.
