Exceptional customer service! I was in the area for a show at the Greek theater and had an issue with my contact lenses. Unfortunately I was over an hour away from home and did not want to drive back. (LA traffic is no joke) I called a few places and no one was willing to help. (I just needed one contact for one eye so a sample would have been perfect) I called Blackstone Optometry and they were so kind and willing to help. Although I cannot speak for their eye services, I wanted to shout out the sweet & amazing employees who saved my night (and eyes). Thank you again!!!

We have been going to Dr. Chen for years and will continue to do so. He is professional, thorough and explains everything. The equipment is start of the art. It is always a wonderful experience with Dr. Chen, Dan and all the staff. Excellent!!
