I got glasses less than 2 months ago and I was told there was no warranty for bending the frame. glasses were overpriced n staf not very serviced oriented in dealing with providing alternative solutions. I'm very dissatisfied

The doctor was pleasant on the first greeting and throughout the entire appointment. He answered all my questions and concerns and provided excellent service. I'm happy to say that I will be keeping this doctor as one of my primaries.
Dr. Ordonez is remarkably dedicated to his patients. I'm on my third pair of glasses from him and I'm 100% convinced that if anything isn't feeling right, or if something goes wrong with the frames, he will stand behind his work and make it right. This guy has really earned my trust and my continued business.
