Been going here years. First time with the female optometrist, (can’t remember her name) and she was great! Explained everything to me and answered all my questions patiently.
Dr. Ordonez is probably the best optometrist I have ever had. She is thorough, compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen to her patients. She discovered a serious issue with my left eye that could have threatened my vision, and because of her careful examination, I was able to get the care I needed. She even went out of her way to help me find a retina specialist. She treated me with kindness and respect every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Ordonez. She’s simply the best.
Was seen right away, very respectful staff, had all my questions answered (and didn’t feel rushed), and can now see better!
