Dr. Nguyen was incredibly thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. I was especially impressed that he was knowledgeable about a rare disorder that I have, which gave me so much confidence in his care and expertise. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my new lens prescription was the right one for me.
Lucy was also amazing! She was so kind, friendly, and patient while helping me pick out my lenses. I never once felt like I was trying on too many pairs or asking too many questions about the cost. She made the entire process feel comfortable and enjoyable.
