THE STAFF WORKERS ARE SOOO DUMB. I CAN'T BELIEVE THE DR EMPLOYS SUCH DUMMIES. MY INSURANCE SINGED ME UP FOR THIS OFFICE AND THE WORKERS DON'T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THAY. DUMMIES WORKING FOR DUMMIES

Don't go to this place they have the worst staff working for them. They are rude , demanding, and no professionalism what so ever. Ewa the front receptionist, makes you feel unwelcome she has no customer service skills.I will never recommend this place to anyone.

BAD. BAD, BAD service from staff to Dr's, first time there Philly bring me in to the room and Just because my name is Juana he started to questioning me if I speak English because of your name Juana he didn't know if I was going to be available to communicate with him, he started to go over with me about his personal life and that is happy I'm not like the other's mexican women's how just stay in Mexico having a lot of kids and their husband's coming here to started a new family. Very unprofessional. They don't care about you or your concern, you pay for your visit just for the Dr Fathi to tell you to hurry up and finish because she has other patients, how rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never go back and I will never referred anyone here. Don't go here don't waist your time. Everyone here is so unprofessional.
