This is a review for the dental office:I am a City Of Hope patient and I have been treated by them a couple times in the past during this process. All of the sudden, today they wanted me to send all of my medications to them and would not clean my teeth. I just wanted my teeth cleaned, not a HIPPA interrogation. Time to find a new dentist. FYI, when have already filled a cavity for me during this process, then you should have a record in your files!! They do not keep good records, so how can they be trusted with our care?

Unfortunately my insurance changed my babies doctor to this awful place... but I'll make sure this is the last time I'll ever come here. My baby is always excited about doctor appointments and for some reason we're waiting in the room and he begins to get very cranky and crybaby like, I think maybe he's just tired but it continues as we wait for TWO hours for a SCHEDULED appointment. Not only that but the doctors just acted rude and careless. When I get home my baby is still cranky and I then notice red dots all on his hands feet and mouth. Known as "hfm disease" he's also complaining about his mouth hurting. I know he got it from this place because we've been no where else! Places like this need to be sanitary like are u kidding?! I'm so mad and sad to see my baby sick like this it's the worst. Save yourself the trouble by never coming here honestly.

Dr. Sue Mei Mai is very cold and not friendly. The staff there talk about all the patients especially the ones that don’t understand English. Not professional at all. Go elsewhere.
