United Gastroenterologists provides a positive and informative experience for patients. The staff, including healthcare professionals, are knowledgeable, patient, and likable. They take the time to answer questions and explain procedures, making sure patients understand what to expect. The office is organized, spotless, and runs efficiently, creating a relaxing atmosphere for appointments.
This was my second appt with Dr Shafii. I’ve been very pleased with both appts. Following some challenges (over the phone) with the office staff I almost didn’t return but decided to give it another chance and was again very happy with this Dr. He listens and explains everything very well and seemed to show compassion when I was sharing my recent cancer diagnosis. I’ll be returning.
I had my 1st appointment with PA Michael Shrader this afternoon regarding my Liver and a few other issues .. I have to say it was much better than I expected .. He was very thorough with the exam and informative on my health concerns .. United Gastro is very lucky to have Michael working with patients there, and he will make an excellent asset to their team .. Also The ladies admitting patients and working the front desk are very kind and helpful !
I would reccomend United Gastroenterologists to anyone in need of this very important health service !
Loved that Dr. Gottfeld took time to discuss all my issues. He explained with detail what he felt my problem was and went over a treatment plan. It is something that no other doctor or specialist has ever addressed with me. I look forward to seeing if his diagnosis is correct and the treatment works. It is not an overnight cure but it is nice to be hearing something different, something that no other Doctor has mentioned before. Thank you Dr. Gottfeld!
