Reyna, the clinic manager, is exceptional, approachable, organized, and genuinely cares about the well-being of everyone. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming, and they are pretty fast to attend. Jocelyn went out of her way to squeeze in a sick child.
Today was my mom’s first appointment with Dr. Ali, and we had a wonderful experience. Dr. Ali was very kind, patient, compassionate, and attentive with my mom. She took the time to listen to our concerns, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood everything. I really appreciated how caring and respectful she was with my mom and how she made us feel comfortable and not rushed. It was such a relief to feel like my mom was truly being listened to and cared for. We are very happy to have found Dr. Ali and feel confident having her care for my mom.

I have been coming to this clinic for the past year and it has been great. The staff here always has smiles on their faces and are happy to help when needed. The doctors are polite and have very great bed side manners and are very attentive and great listeners. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has felt like their healthcare has gone over looked in the past because here you will never feel that way. Thank you to all the staff and doctors who work here and make this a great clinic!!

I highly recommend Mead Valley Clinica Medica Familiar for those looking for a long term doctor. Ever since I stopped going to Kaiser 7 years ago, I’ve struggled to find a doctor’s office that is well rounded. The staff here has a phenomenal attitude, great professionalism, and patience for their patients. 10/10 recommend checking them out or at least giving them a call!
