Love working with Dr. N however- the front office staff is extremely unprofessional. In person they are rude and condescending. They treat people like dirt. I’ve been hung up on when requesting information about a prescription. I’ve been talked over almost every time there is an interaction. Maybe they’re unaware that mental health is important and life saving. Without medication I can experience suicidal thoughts and need hospitalization. Today when trying to explain this I was hung up on and then my calls went unanswered. I’m setting the record here.
Dr. Nallamothu was kind. She listened, asked relevant questions, and took my input into consideration.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Jacalyn, and I cannot say enough good things about her. I called during an incredibly stressful situation, and from the moment she answered, she made all the difference. Jacalyn could have simply done the bare minimum but she didn't. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt heard, supported, and taken care of. She took the time to truly listen, explained everything clearly, and went out of her way to help me navigate a difficult process with patience and compassion.
