“My cat swallowed a mylar ribbon covering the glue strip of a package. I brought her in and the staff were (as always) attentive, compassionate, and thorough in explaining the method of treatment. Thankfully they were able to get her to vomit the ribbon and we were no worse for wear. Thanks to the staff and doctors for always doing such a great job with my cats. “My little dog had 8 teeth extracted, including 3 molars. Everything went well and she was well cared for. It’s a complicated procedure, especially with molars. My only complaint is that the estimate was for $2,000 max and I committed to $1500. The bill was $3145 which is a 50% increase. You could have knocked me over with a feather, but what could I do? I felt like I’d been played although the price was likely justified. My daughter is a Vet -too far away to have her do it, but she felt the price was reasonable. Still, a better estimate would have made it easier to take.”
