This place is awesome, we had an emergency international trip and needed an urgent medical exam so we could take one of our dogs with us. They were really nice and even though we were not regular customers at the time, they made an effort to find us a window and get the paperwork done. We have been back for a second ciand will continue to go back, great customer service.

As a long time customer here with 2 dogs I've seen a lot of changes some for the better some for the worse. At times it's a mad house and seems like they don't even know what is going on. Sometimes they don't even know why I'm there. So why the 5 stars you ask? There is a woman in the front that through all the managed chaos is always in a good mood and friendly with a big smile on her face and even helped me carry a big bag of dog food to my truck while I handled my dog. I think her name is Sara. She provides excellent customer service and is a shining star there!

We have been with Barney and Russum since the beginning. Then when we left to go to a vet in Vacaville since they were closer it was the worse mistake ever! Our love cat was mis-diagnosed. I knew it and tried to argue but this vet is from another culture and women are not of opinion value, I'll say to be as pc as I can. I also went to another in Vacaville charged me $300 for shots , found out the big name was just vitamin B-12 shots. Scam. Dr Barney and Dr Russum have always shown us care and top educated medical for all our animals from hamster, lizards, dogs, cats and all sorts of rescues.
