Stephen was awesome. He gave us much needed information about our HVAC unit and ensured all our questions and concerns were addressed. The service was timely and thoroughly completed on our unit. On the hottest day of the season ourAC decided it did not want to work! Called coaches the soonest they could come out was July4th. Dealt with Stephen Jeffrey. He was super polite and very prompt. Found the problem right away and took good care of me. I would highly recommend coaches Hvac!!!

Stephen, the technician who serviced our furnace is phenomenal. He was on time, explained what caused the issue, worked on it quickly and asked us any concerns that we may have. Let me add that he wore boot covers, which is nice so I don't have to ask if it will be a safety hazard to take his shoes off. He was wearing a mask too, greatly appreciated, Stephen!
