We had a new technician named Josh. He was polite, thorough, and recommended a repair to prevent future a/c problems. They had the parts on the truck, the repair was made on a hot day, and he did a great job. I asked for him to be our regular service tech. Andy
I have used Rod Johnson Air for both of my buildings. We have used their maintenance program, arrive on time, let me know when they are on their way and provided great service. I do pay a monthly fee and when parts are needed, we are billed at a reduce cost of the part. I am very happy and recommend their service.
My heating unit stopped working and when I called they were able to get to my house the next day. It was a quick fix and they were professional and knowledgeable. Also, the office staff worked with me to confirm we were still under warranty in case it might have been a costly repair. Everyone was great and I would highly recommend them for any heat and air issues you may have.
