“I scheduled Sophia for 4 separate hair and makeup appointments for a week of festivities including my son's wedding and reception. She created multiple great looks for me. She is a perfectionist so when I tried to rush her, it was difficult to meet some of my planned timelines. This was not her fault by my ever-changing schedule. I would allot about 2.5 hours if doing both hair and make-up. I also have long hair which created more work. For my final look at the reception multiple people commented that I looked too young to be the grooms' mom. I really appreciated getting to know and work with her. Thanks babe!“

“Was able to last minute schedule the day before for a facial . Had immediate response and was scheduled within 30 min for following day . The area has some street parking in the neighborhood back behind the building as well as by the grocery store . Building seemed clean and the room was prepped and ready on time . The salon is small but bright and welcoming and the people are equally as bright and welcoming. Gino is great at collaboration and suggesting new styles/colors to check out and is always ready to answer any product or styling questions I might have. “Alicia was excellent! She is so easy to communicate with and super responsive during the entire process. On the day of my City Hall wedding, she put me at ease and made me look like an elevated version of myself. I went for a natural look, but wanted it to pop a bit for photography. She gave me exactly what I wanted for hair + makeup, and it lasted well throughout the day :) She is also really efficient - the total time was a little less than 1.5 hours. As someone who doesn’t love spending too much time getting ready, this was perfect for me. Lol. if you’re thinking about booking her, do it!“

I had a pleasant first experience at this salon! I was referred by a friend to try this place out. The stylist I requested was Cesar. He was really nice and made sure what I wanted was clear. We discussed about how the new haircut will behave and suite my face, along with general styling tips. We had insightful conversations and had a good synergy. He was efficient with the shears and checked with me occasionally to stay on the same page with the vision I had. I have fine, straight hair. Prior to this, my hair was long with moderate amount of layers. The haircut I requested was a medium/short wolf cut. Despite the big change, it turned out well!
Some people might be hesitant on getting this kind of haircut, but it is important to acknowledge your hair type and discuss with your stylist. Do consider how much styling you are willing to do. The wolf cut style is a fun hairstyle that is best styled often. I still experiment with different ways to style this hair.

Requested style: I requested a short/medium length wolf-cut style haircut. My original hair was long and layered, so it was quite the change. It was my first time getting this style of haircut as well.

Hair type: I have fine, straight hair. Prior to the haircut, the length was long. After the haircut, my hair has more volume from the added texture of layers.

“This review is for Lyn. I had been going to salons recommended by friends in San Francisco, Santa Clara and some in between for the last couple years. Every time I showed the hair dresser how I wanted my hair style to look on my phone. They glanced at it and cut my hair the way they wanted/knew how. I could usually tell where things went wrong (when they started cutting my hair horizontally), but I was half way thru the cut already and had to console myself that I could look for a new salon next time. My search can stop now (sigh of relief). Yesterday Lyn gave me a cut I was finally happy with! Linda is also really great company, very honest (she refunded me money for a color consultation when we decided to stick with my natural hair color) and is just an expert. I have not gotten such a good haircut since I left London. Linda brings this European sensibility to her haircuts and is just so, so talented.
