Sophia did my makeup for my sister's engagement party and I have literally never felt more beautiful. She is so talented and so fun to talk to, I absolutely recommend her service!

Sophia is extremely skillful, competent, and has a lovely spirit. She drove all the way to my hotel, and was on time for a 6:30am start and completed the hair styling well within my time window. She is a great communicator even before the day, and you can tell she takes pride in her work. I have a lot of thick curly hair, and she was able to create flawless defined Hollywood waves that held throughout a daylong wedding ceremony. I chose to work with Sophia as she seemed to understand the lighter makeup style I wanted for the wedding and had examples of that work on her Instagram. She also only had a 3-person minimum and charged a reasonable price (given the other Bay Area options). Per my choice, we did not do a trial makeup run.The day of the event, Sophia got the makeup right for me - it was light and yet elegant. Jeannette, who works often with Sophia, did the hair. She was excellent. She helped me create a perfect loose bun that stayed put through hours of dancing.
