“Ana has been my hairstylist for about 10 years. She is very skilled and confident in what she does. I personally like that she has an artistic eye and will suggest what haircut or haircolor looks better on you upon request. Her tasteful choice of music playing in the background adds to the general ambiance. Her salon is conveniently located in the vibrant Mission street neighborhood and is easily accessible by BART (get off at Mission/ 16th and walk for 10 min). I have long thick, but fine hair and I color it medium brown. The haircuts I get with Ana are easy to maintain and does not require a lot of styling. I wash it and blow dry and it looks gret. I don't live in San Francisco, but continue to make time to return to Heartzilla, because Ana truly is a rare find!“

Jen was flexible and came to my apartment so I was comfortable during our time together. She was personable with me and my family and made me feel and look beautiful. She took her time to draw and align my brows and even stretched the ends a bit. I love visiting her not only because she's the only person I trust, but because of her bubbly, friendly and honest personality!The session took about 1.5 hours, which is normal from start to finish. We stuck with the combo ombré for that soft natural touch. Absolutely in love! The after-care is important and Stella does an amazing job at reminding me of that.
