This was my second visit to One Hour Cleaners, and once again, I’m beyond impressed!

A few weeks ago, I came in for a shirt alteration — they handled it on the spot for just $15. Quick, efficient, and perfectly done! Today, I returned with my beloved Giants shirt, which had a very noticeable stain. I spoke with one of the staff members, and he confidently told me to bring it in.

To my surprise, he worked his magic — and now it looks like a brand-new Giants shirt! On top of that, I had my blazer professionally washed, dried, and ironed — and the results are just flawless.

The entire team at One Hour Cleaners is incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. In a city as expensive as San Francisco, finding great service at a reasonable price is rare — and they truly delivered.

“I loved how easy it was to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved with Elegance Preserved! They picked up and dropped off my dress promptly (they give you a live ETA of the driver on the day they pick up/drop off)--I love how I didn't have to drive to drop off or pick it up myself. They also did an excellent job with the cleaning and preserving--my dress was extremely dirty after my wedding. It was raining the night before my wedding and my ceremony was outdoors, so my dress was really muddy by the end of the ceremony, but after it was cleaned, it was spotless and retained it's original look! I had purchased my dress from Janene's Bridal Boutique in Alameda and they had referred me to Elegance Preserved with a $100 discount for cleaning/preservation. The customer service at Elegance Preserved is also very responsive. I'm so thankful for the referral and thought Elegance Preserved did such a good job!“

“Excellent laundromat. The attendants are kind and helpful. The machines are in good working order and affordable. The machines, folding tables, floors and bathroom were all very clean. I was able to knock out six big garbage bags of laundry that had piled up while my machine at home was broken in two hours and for about $50. It wasn’t busy even though I went on a Sunday. Friendly service, consistent solid prices and excellent work. They do tailoring as well, small to medium sized jobs, hemming to jacket liner replacement.
