They were very communicative throughout the entire process, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. One of the most convenient parts was their pick-up and drop-off service. If you live in an area they service, a driver can come directly to your home to pick up the dress and return it once it's cleaned.

I loved how easy it was to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved with Elegance Preserved! They picked up and dropped off my dress promptly (they give you a live ETA of the driver on the day they pick up/drop off)--I love how I didn't have to drive to drop off or pick it up myself. They also did an excellent job with the cleaning and preserving--my dress was extremely dirty after my wedding. It was raining the night before my wedding and my ceremony was outdoors, so my dress was really muddy by the end of the ceremony, but after it was cleaned, it was spotless and retained it's original look!
