With reasonable prices and a warm atmosphere, Elegant Cleaners is highly recommended for anyone seeking top-notch dry cleaning services on the island.
If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. I have a satin cocktail dress I love that had been stained all over the front. Hamid tried until everything came out and the dress was returned to me looking brand new and beautiful in only a few days, just in time for a family wedding - the dress was perfect. The charge was beyond reasonable. Any future dry cleaning needs will definitely be with Elegant, and I have already recommended Hamid's care to multiple friends. If you need a cleaner you can trust, come here!
This is the ONLY place I go to in Alameda for dry cleaning.
I genuinely appreciate the level of care and customer service the entire staff gives every time you visit. They are always friendly, have very competitive pricing, and do a great job consistently.
I've been in a pinch a few times due to my own poor planning or surprise events, and they've always done there best to help me out, going above and beyond if they can.
My business will always be yours!
Highly recommend Elegant Cleaners for dry cleaning and alterations. I trust them with my favorite pieces of clothing (including formal dresses, suits, etc.), and they never disappoint. They’re also excellent with stain removal.
