I appreciate businesses that are genuine about the well being of their patients, rather than making the money. “I've been going to Tony for probably 20 years for lenses, and for 15 of those years I would drive an hour to see him. He's honest, fair, and fast. I've read the negative reviews on here and I can't say that has ever been my experience, (although I can see that if you came in having a bad day, you might get back what you put out). His customer base is local, older Angelinos, and sometimes when I've gone in there, I've had to put my priorities aside and let Tony service another, very deserving customer, whose first language may not be English. Everyone has a bad day now and again, but Happy Eyes has been a solid business in the area for a very, very long time. I will be sad when Tony decides to retire, and I imagine a good portion of the local Glendale population will be sad too.“

“I'm not one to leave reviews (actually first Yelp review) , but I felt compelled to give this office the praise they deserve. I called the Friday before Easter to schedule an appointment for my 91 year old father. They were able to give me an appointment for the next Tuesday. The receptionist took into consideration my father's age and made sure he would be given extra time. As he was doing the tests, the technician was very patient and caring. It took awhile for my dad to understand what he needed to do and a few times the tests had to be redone. At one point they even had to call the doctor to come assist. Through it all, they were extremely understanding and patient. This was exactly the type of office that I was looking to take my elderly dad to. Thank you to the entire staff for their teamwork and exceptional service.“
