I have been bringing my boys here for 7 years now. They both wear glasses and contacts. Easy to make an appointment, good selection of glasses, and office staff is very helpful in explaining benefits with insurance, costs, etc. overall, has always been clean, organized and efficient. I recently took my daughter who does not currently wear glasses, but has developed some vision focusing symptoms and headaches. I was blown away by Doctors patience in understanding my daughter's concerns. Doctor is very knowledgeable and shows sincere concern to get down to the issue. They provide great costumer services! They show personalization the moment you enter the building. All the staff have great positive attitude and easy to start a conversation with. Everyone there are wonderful people and worth giving this spot a try when getting your eye exam and/or getting a new pairs eye wears.

Today me and my husband went to the best Optometrist in Arcadia Dr.Vivian Shiih hands down the best of the best when it comes to your eye health. Appointments are always accommodating and she and her staff are always on time, friendly very courteous staff. The office is always clean and fully stocked with an array of glasses and shades to fit any and everyone's needs. It's in a great location right off the 210 freeway a few yards away from Santa Anita race track and mall. Today May was there to assist Dr.Vivian.
