I was there a few weeks ago trying to see if they had the exact frame for my prescription glass that got cracked. Azize jumped in and wanted to assist me. After some research she found out that they didn't have the exact frame. She graciously mentioned to me that if I ever find a replacement frame, she will install the lenses for me at no cost. I took on her offer and after a few weeks I came back with the right frame. Her attitude to help was obvious. She did a fantastic job. My only suggestion, and this is really for Lenscrafters, not this particular location. Seems lately you have way more sunglass options than eyelglass ones. Also, please get Tom Ford back on your shelves.

Excellent follow up service. Kassandra at the Pasadena Mall location replaced the nose pads on my glasses, readjusted the fitting and cleaned my lens. The glasses now rest more comfortably on my nose.
