Amazing experience with Rosemead branch representative Estie! Made 3 online orders on target-optical and it was a disaster despite very low appealing pricing. They declined my Kaiser e-signed vision prescription and requested a “paper version” with doctors wet signature. Representative on the phone highly unhelpful with poor English and asking questions repeatedly. Decided to come in store for help and Estie came to the rescue, helped me call target online to cancel orders right away to release my insurance benefits. Dr Chan is the most thorough and knowledgeable optometrist in the SGV!! "eyes" down!! I had never knew or heard of progressive lenses and now I can't live without them as my vision deteriorates, the older I get. I would not go anywhere else. Another plus is his wonderful staff, Esthie has always helped me in finding the perfect eyeglasses, as it is hard to find glasses that fit my face. She was also very knowledgeable with my insurance benefits and limits and helped me save some money! Also, Cathy hooked it up w some extra contact solutions for my trip, thank you! And lastly, I can knock two birds with one stone and handle my target run!!
