“I was there a few weeks ago trying to see if they had the exact frame for my prescription glass that got cracked. Azize jumped in and wanted to assist me. After some research she found out that they didn't have the exact frame. She graciously mentioned to me that if I ever find a replacement frame, she will install the lenses for me at no cost. I took on her offer and after a few weeks I came back with the right frame. Her attitude to help was obvious. She did a fantastic job. I offered some money for her time but she refused it and stated that it is against the company policy. Being in the customer service business myself, I was impressed by her attitude and her intent to help. Keep it up, Azize, you have a great future in life.”
