I went to Brighter Optical Pasadena the other day because my glasses broke, and I urgently needed a replacement. Unfortunately, my old frames couldn’t be repaired, but Raymond was able to transfer the lenses from my old glasses into a new pair of frames.
The turnaround time was just one day, which was much faster than I expected. Every other optical shop I contacted quoted a significantly longer wait because they send their work to outside labs, whereas Raymond has an in-house lab.
