He can't figure out how he ends up outside the more forcefully he enters the door. He looks up at the frame, it says Aikido Door Company. “Garth Taylor Jiu Jitsu is absolutely top notch. Even before I entered the building I was greeted with a friendly smile and a hello. Once I started my trial week everyone including members welcomed me and greeted me with genuine kindness. On the mat I was quickly approached by an experienced member that was willing to help guide me in the moves every time I came for class. I can't say enough good things about Garth Taylor and everyone that I interacted with. I would 100% recommend Garth Taylor Jiu Jitsu as a great place to start (or continue) your Jiu Jitsu journey.“
“My sons (13y and 10y) have been attending Lightspeed Martial Arts for about a year and a half. It is a great, safe, friendly and fun place to learn martial arts. It has noticeably increased their confidence, focus, self-discipline and motivation - even when at school! They also learn about respect, anti bullying, self-defense and programs to help them get back into school after summer break. Highly recommend this place. They offer classes from age 3 to adult.“

“During the classes of Tae Kwon Do, the kids are given a great workout in the martial art which the students learn stretching, running, kicks, blocks, hits, poomse (forms) and sparring. They even learn to fall correctly! Master Choi and the other teachers lead a disciplined class with room for a little form. It is great that the program includes reinforcing good behavior outside of class. The studio also offers a twice a week adult/teen evening class. Teen are welcome to come to the afternoon classes as well.“

“I love the approach Gracie takes with beginners in the Combatives program. Focus on fundamental techniques and safe training practices before more advanced rolling is a great idea. The program is very structured and complimented with online technique video demonstrations. The instructors and fellow students are knowledgeable and welcoming. This is the only school I recommend to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu beginners.“

The facility used was in a prime location. (Close to restaurants and hotels) The facility was clean and had all the equipment you needed to complete each task.“
