The shop is beautiful, comfortable, and there’s an adorable shop dog! Sophia was wonderful to work with. She was very sweet, professional, and perfectly understood what I was going for and I left super happy with my hair. I kept my length and got layers, face framing, and baby bangs for $95. My hair feels more healthy, thick, and voluminous :)
Went to see Alex for pelvic floor PT while 33 weeks pregnant. The in network provider couldn’t see me for a month and Alex got me in the very next day!
She was AMAZING! She was able to explain everything so well so I can visualize how to move safely. She was completely judgement free and made me feel comfortable asking any and all questions. She spent nearly an hour working with me even though the appointment is technically only 45 minutes.
Plus the clinic is gorgeous and you can’t beat the pricing for out of pocket care.

Val and her salon made my wedding day so special. I got married at the Chaminade resort in Sept 2025 and was really struggling to find a place to get hair and make up done for my bridal party in the area. After doing some research online, I found reviews from other brides on Reddit about Val and her salon and the amazing experience they had with her for their special day. After reaching out, I was able to set up a make up trial and met Val and her make up artist and I left feeling beautiful and it was a relief to know that Val and her team would make sure everything would take care of me and my bridal party. I wasn’t interested in having hair and make up done at the hotel and Val reserved the entire salon for me, and even allowed my bridal party to use the upstairs loft so we could have lunch and champagne as we got ready. It truly felt like a VIP experience and her team was able to expertly manage my 5 person bridal party and we had more than enough time to head back and get dressed for the ceremony. To all the brides looking for a professional hair and make up team, please check this place out as you are making your plans. Great experience getting my hair done at Cruz Cuts and Color! I was getting a whole new cut and color the day before my friend's wedding, which turned out great!

Amazing stylist! She did my hair on Valentine's Day, and I absolutely loved the result. I'm currently growing out my hair and going through that awkward phase, but she worked her magic and made me feel confident and beautiful. Highly recommend her!
Patricia made the best with the bad situation that was my hair. I haven't cut it in a few YEARS, due to Covid, but I finally decided it was time after the damage couldn't be ignored any longer. My hair is very long, pretty fried from using heat, and has a lot of tension breakage. I told her that I would like to keep as much of the length as I can, but that I know she would have to cut a lot to get the dead ends off. She ended up giving me long layers, the shortest of which had about 8 inches cut off the bottom. I think it looks much much better now! She did a great job.

I could no longer get my 18 month old to sit for home haircuts and needed help from a pro. My little guy can be super active so I was concerned about how he would do sitting for the cut. The owner clearly knew what she was doing from start to finish. She had all of the tricks ready to go including videos, toys, spare play combs, etc. He was afraid of the clippers, but Paula was quickly able to change plans and did a complete scissor cut. She was so patient, kind and attentive to our lil' man. I think we found our son's forever barber.

This place is the best! I’ve been getting the deep tissue massage from Eida monthly for the last year or more and it is always wonderful. Eida listens to your needs and tailors each massage to address the area of concern. She’s very skilled and professional, and I highly recommend her work. The studio is quiet, clean and welcoming too.

He was so attentive and responsive to all my questions and concerns about the project. I absolutely love how it all turned out. Elevated my yard and landscaping so that it looks beautiful and easier to maintain. I also had to reach back out and have him come back to fix the lawn. He, again, was responsive and attentive. I’m writing this with tears of joy! Literally 3 visits and I’m experiencing no pain! I’ve been in pain for 6 months prior to Dr. Anthony’s help with shoulder and knee aches keeping me awake every night. After a fall into the wall, I began suffering from frozen shoulder and this activated pain from bad sleeping position into my knee and wrists. He is truly a master chiropractor and healer.
Dr. Frogley has "fixed me" twice now. I hadn't been to a chiropractor is over 25 years until about 1 year ago and 6 weeks ago. He does a wonderful job.

Jenni has been working with me for several months, treating various old injuries from my youth that were never properly addressed.
Now, at 78, they have all come back to haunt me. Currently, my 7th grade sprained ankle has reduced me to a hobble, and Jenni has taken time out of her weekend to advise me on what I can and should not do at the gym.
One seemingly miraculous improvement occurred just a week ago. I had had knee replacement surgery in 2023 and for some reason that knee began to be quite painful, mimicking all the symptoms from before surgery.
I was worried that something was very wrong, possibly an infection in that joint.
Jenni told me later that, when I arrived for my appointment, she felt the pain was due to a soft tissue problem, rather than the joint, itself.
And, she was exactly right. After just that single treatment, the pain was gone, and I was able to resume my walking program with no further problems.

I saw my NP at PAMF for back pain and she suggested acupuncture. I found it funny that Western Medicine recommends Eastern, but I'm here for it. I had gone here years ago and decided to give it another try. It's a very convenient location in the office building by AJ's (nothing fancy.) But, Dr Lin is such a healer. The consult is fast and they take insurance. I had acupuncture and cupping here and will definitely return!
