“My sons (13y and 10y) have been attending Lightspeed Martial Arts for about a year and a half. It is a great, safe, friendly and fun place to learn martial arts. It has noticeably increased their confidence, focus, self-discipline and motivation - even when at school! They also learn about respect, anti bullying, self-defense and programs to help them get back into school after summer break. Highly recommend this place. They offer classes from age 3 to adult.“

“During the classes of Tae Kwon Do, the kids are given a great workout in the martial art which the students learn stretching, running, kicks, blocks, hits, poomse (forms) and sparring. They even learn to fall correctly! Master Choi and the other teachers lead a disciplined class with room for a little form. It is great that the program includes reinforcing good behavior outside of class. The studio also offers a twice a week adult/teen evening class. Teen are welcome to come to the afternoon classes as well.“
