Choi's Tae Kwon DO

During the classes of Tae Kwon Do, the kids are given a great workout in the martial art which the students learn stretching, running, kicks, blocks, hits, poomse (forms) and sparring. They even learn to fall correctly! Master Choi and the other teachers lead a disciplined class with room for a little form. It is great that the program includes reinforcing good behavior outside of class. The studio also offers a twice a week adult/teen evening class. Teen are welcome to come to the afternoon classes as well.

Master Choi clearly cares about the kids that she teaches. She is strict and stern, but kind and caring at the same time. My son started when he was 15 rather reluctantly (he is home schooled, so I didn't give him a choice). She is patient and works with him and he learned so much already. In just two months he has advanced from white to yellow belt- 2 levels.Master Choi is a great instructor. We are very fortunate to have such a talented Tae Kwon Do teacher in our community. Choi's is also an approved vendor for Ocean Grove charter school.
