“Back in September, we had suspicions the plumbing and sewer was not properly done under the crawlspace of our new home so we contact Prushko to take a look. Turns out they found leaks and realized the whole plumbing system under the crawlspace was not properly installed at all! “5/5 stars all the way! Our fan motor on our heating system went out over the holiday weekend (of course) and Casey answered right away. Though there were not techs available that day (100% understandable given the holiday) he offered to have space heaters dropped off (incredibly generous). Yesterday morning first thing Boden tech showed up, quickly diagnosed the issue and let us know he'd do everything possible to get the replacement part asap. I thought asap would mean a few days, BUT he took the time during a very busy day to find what we needed from a distributor that had just one left, had it overnighted and came back today to install the new fan motor. I know very little about HVAC as this is my husband's domain (he couldn't be here) and everything that was being done was explained with patience and professionalism. “These folks are great! If you buy an older house, you have to do a sewer lateral repair per city's code. I asked for quotes from three other companies and not only they were higher than Gopher It but also communication was so bad: they won't return calls or emails. I get it, it's a niche business and only a few companies have necessary licenses so they all have more business than they can handle. However Matt was great at getting back to me, providing insights on what to expect, scheduling the project on the week when was convenient for me.
