EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS. Other plumbers I'd used for new laterals before were good, but extremely expensive. "Gopher-It Trenchless" was the best plumber I've ever worked with. Not only are they reasonably priced, they are experienced, professional, responsive, prompt, attentive to detail, and thoughtful. Even after the job was over and I'd already paid in full, their customer service blew me away. They helped me sketch the exact location of the trenching and the hookup for the new lateral on my parcel map, which the city needed done after the fact. Gopher-It did a fabulous job replacing our old sewer line and creating a sewer line to a new structure. They handled the whole job efficiently and on time including permitting, a steep hillside with a lot of digging and even rebuilding a step that had to be removed for the job. I really appreciate their excellent work and would highly recommend them.
