Decided to replace my gas water heater with a new gas water heater before the state requires electric. I've dealt with Apes before with HOA repairs and have liked them , but this was the first time I used them for my personal home. The work was done cleanly and fast, and the two workers were pleasant and courteous. Highly recommended!
Spencer and crew completed a job that was not easy to accomplish. They worked in tight spaces, and summer heat. My house has a slab with vaulted ceilings, which makes plumbing, wiring, hvac a real pain. The workmanship and engineering was top notch. They were professional, communicative and efficient. This is the second install APES has done for me and it was the same service and results both times.
Bryan's service was exceptional. I called Apes Plumbing on July 4th because our electric water heater was not working. Bryan came over within a hour and determined that it was too old and rusted to be fixed. He then made an appointment to install our water heater, so we were able to have to have hot water with minimal down time.
