The project included removal of walls, extensive demolition of and reconstruction of the kitchen, laundry room, windows/doors, a never used bar and turned the separate living room and family rooms into one great room off the extended new kitchen. We saw visible progress at the end of every day. We had the unique situation of having to live on the jobsite – another wing of the house. We originally hired RGC to replace four brand-new nail-in windows and one slider due to interior water leaks in our townhouse. They completed the work flawlessly and efficiently. Because of how impressed we were, we later hired them to paint our home and replace our water heater — both projects were handled just as professionally.
A few months later, our upstairs windows (brand new Milgard windows) started leaking. Richard immediately came out to inspect. He coordinated with their supplier, Agoura Sash & Door, and even had Milgard’s warranty rep come out twice. Both times, Milgard determined the windows were not covered under warranty.
Here’s what separates Richard from everyone else: even though the manufacturer wouldn’t cover it, he was convinced there was an issue and stood behind the project. He paid out of his own pocket to replace the windows again — including new windows, stucco removal, drywall repair, and repainting.
That level of integrity is rare.

I had many skylight companies come out and tell me they couldn't do the job. They said it was too difficult and I would need a contractor to remove stucco. Leonard came and suggested that I just replace the skylight windows and use the existing frame. He would make it look like new and 5 weeks later it was installed and looks incredible. Our kitchen looks so modern and open. His pricing was incredibly fair. He is the real deal.“

“Writing this review for my Aunt and Grandmother. Before the major rains my aunt and grandma we’re looking for a company to repair/replace a skylight on their mobile home. Other companies had been either exorbitantly expensive or couldn’t come out until summer of ‘24. Kenstruction came out, gave them an estimate and was able to finish the project in a great time! My grandma raved at how polite everyone was and how the site was cleaned each day. She’s 92 and uses a walker, so you can understand how important it is for clean walking areas. I saw the end product and loved the quality of the end product. Best of all Grandma has a leak proof skylight where she can enjoy seeing the sky during the days.“

We first remodeled two bathrooms in 2024 and then just completed an additional two bathrooms last week. These were not basic remodels as we had very specific wants and needs- doorways were widened, walls moved, they needed to cut into the cross tension cables embedded in our cement floor to allow for needed shower work, etc. All work was carefully completed and all stages were permitted by our city.

Pep and his team were very responsive to any concerns we had (a normal part of construction) and they really cared about our projects!
