Lien is extremely skilled at her craft and asks all the right questions before she even begins touching your hair — what are your hair goals, what have you done with it in the past, etc. You feel cared for and in the right hands while in her chair.

Apart from delivering on the end product as promised (healthy-looking, beautiful hair), Lien is also incredibly personable and easy to talk to. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable (offers snacks, provides a nifty QR code to quickly connect to WiFi) and has the best playlist to create a great salon vibe.

Most importantly, she stands behind the quality of her services and will go to great lengths to ensure you are happy with the results. I had an unfortunate reaction on my scalp to one of the products used during my balayage service, and when I let her know, Lien was quick to call me to make sure I was okay and got me in ASAP to investigate the issue and provide remedies. She event sent me home with products to continue to treat and manage the problem.
