“Boyish (the owner and a stylist) is awesome. He set up an appointment for me the next day. He is a great listener and asks good questions to find out what his customers want for a haircut. He is patient and very skillful, too. He used mostly scissors and comb to create a soft touch so that my hair looks feminine. I am so happy to finally have found a stylist who understands and delivers what I want. His staff is pretty friendly, too. Steve watches my hair and makes me feel very comfortable. They have been around for 39 years. One of those hair salons that make you feel that you belong to a community. Highly recommend.”

“My Dad had a stroke last weekend and I went here for some much needed self-care. I fell asleep and Kim and JoJo went above and beyond make sure I was comfortable and the salon was as quiet and peaceful as possible. Kim even changed her shoes so they wouldn't make noise, JoJo only asked me questions when she really needed to. It was nice to just sleep for an hour while got my toes done. Will be back soon. Thank you so much for taking care of me. I really needed it.”

“I went as a walk in 5pm, good thing she accepted me. I asked if I can have an ash blue color but she said it won't be achievable since it's my first time. So she suggested what kind of color and did an ombre blonde and I loved it! Everybody loved my hair, too. Will definitely come back and make sure to make an appointment next time.”
“I think the place is a one person operation. I took my 13 years old son and did a walk in. She told me come back 20 mins cause she was with a customer. Fortunately I live down the street so came back exactly 20 mins and she was ready. My son needed a trim and she did exactly what my son wanted in terms of the look and style. It was a no-frills hair cut and quite effective. Super professional and very inexpensive. I would definitely go back for my own trim.”

“I was searching for a convenient hair appointment, and this place accepts walk-ins. Sana and I had a language barrier as she only spoke in Mandarin, and I do not know Mandarin. However, she tried her very best to understand and accommodate what I wanted. It is best to give a picture for reference on what you are looking for especially if you are looking for something specific. She does have a device where you can speak English, and it gives her a direct translation. Sana is really kind, and would gesture what I would think throughout the process. I really do recommend giving this place a try!”

“Did an amazing job with my hair. I had long, fluffy, frizzy, curly hair and the gentleman there did such a great job wirking with my hair type. Fast service for me i went in for a shampoo and cut, no style. I paid $28 with card. The gentlman was kind and very gentle, not aggressive at all. Not a single time did he pull my hair. Best haircut ive had my whole life. Most salons i been too charged me $100-$160 for just a cut and always did a "meh" job. I found my forever salon! Thank you guys!”
