As a brunette, she’s been awesome at gray-blending and making my color just perfect for longevity and a softer grow out. She also does a great head and arm massage when she washes my hair. “As a first time client I didn’t know what to expect. I saw all her good reviews and after I experienced it today, I totally agree to every word that they said. Since it’s a private studio, you’ll have a VIP type experience, no other clients/people around. The place is clean and safe. She provided a tablet to watch netflix/hulu and free wifi. She also offers drinks and snacks.I got a hair cut first then Japanese hair straightening treatment. I love the outcome. She knows how to work well with asians hair. She takes her time and meticulously works with your hair. Her hands is so light I didn’t felt any hair pulling unlike my previous hair straightening in other salon. No scalp burning, no excessive hair fall since she only uses top quality products. She has a nice aura and personality. Loved the massage chairs so relaxing when you get a wash, you can serve yourself with snacks and coffee while waiting. My hairdresser is Kailey… she’s very sweet, and gentle. “I highly recommend Sue Richards as an expert hair stylist. She has the talent to cut your hair so that it falls perfectly into its style. She does fabulous fringed edges. I've been going to the Long Hair Company for many years short hair, long hair, Sue always delivered an excellent cut. And then there's color. Sue has a great eye as to which colors work best with your complexion. She makes good suggestions. Sue will either talk and get to know you or just stick to business; whichever makes you feel most comfortable. I love their coffee/tea station. It's a Kerig and always has a great selection and goodies. I now drive 24 miles to have my hair done and I always am glad I did.“
