“I came here a couple weeks ago for my first ever curly cut. I was nervous because I have been blow drying my hair straight for most of my life with stylists telling me my hair was just “frizzy” , not wavy/curly. The salon was super clean and all the staff were very warm and friendly. Alexis was my stylist and she was amazing (shout out to Tati who was assisting as well). They were so patient, taught me specifically what type of wavy hair I do have, which type of products work best and what to avoid. There was no hard sell on products, just really educating me. They taught me how to wash and style it and were so great with all the advice and showing me what they were doing. I left feeling like I have a shot at being able to replicate what they were doing. My hair looks amazing too. My family wanted to go out when I got home so I could show off the hair! Separately, she followed up with a text about everything we discussed that day so I didn't forget anything and I can refer back to it anytime. That has helped a lot in the weeks that followed to get used to embracing my wavy hair. Thanks Alexis. See you in a few months for my next haircut. ( Note: I will be driving an hour each way to see her because yes, she is that good).”
