Ivan is a fantastic technician who goes above and beyond to meet your needs. I had an issue where half of my house was not cooling properly. I had other HVAC companies come out and just tell me it was how my house was oriented, but a 90 degree room is not normal! Ivan listened to my concern and came out as soon as he could. He ran a full troubleshoot of my system and found that one of my damper actuators had failed, causing all the air to only go downstairs. Hooper Heating and Air replaced all my flex ducting, added a new vent to my master bedroom, and repaired my A/C. They were professional, efficient and great at communicating! I am happy with the price and the results. 5 stars all the way around. Very happy customer!
