We recently had a pipe burst on a Saturday night, so i used the Yelp help find a service person option. Within a more than reasonable time, Christal had responded with questions, picture requests and a solution. Having someone respond on a Sunday is impressive alone, yet she was willing to go above and beyond to help us and get a resolution quickly! First thing, Monday morning, she and her assistant were out with the correct parts, fixed the problem and we were back in business! Talk about efficiency! Very impressed with Christal and Bright Water Pool Services! 10/10 would recommend! Don't waste your time with anyone else, literally!

After trying to find someone in my area to help me (for 2 months) I found Doug at Bright Water Pool Services and he responded within an hour and was able to come and help me the next day. He did an excellent job on my hot tub, the price was very reasonable, and he gave me the peace of mind that I've been looking for. I highly recommend Doug / Bright Water Pool (and Hot Tub) services. He was willing to drive almost an hour to help me and he did a great job!

Doug was awesome! We just closed escrow on a house with a pool and it needed to be serviced and cleaned. He was prompt, thorough and efficient. Our pool looks amazing! We are excited to move into our new house and have a Father's Day party this weekend.
