My husband has done most of the work on our house, but he drew the line when it came to roofing our home (to my relief). We honestly didn’t know what to expect with Richard Hockett’s crew when they arrived since we’re unaccustomed to hiring an outside company. So pleasantly surprised by this highly professional and friendly team. They were quick, efficient and so respectful of us and our property. It’s very clear that these guys enjoy their work, working for Richard and with each other. It was refreshing to hear their banter and laughter throughout the day (in 90 degree temps on a hot roof) . They were consistent and always on time which we appreciated! I big thank you to Kolby and his crew; Scott, Austin (he will dazzle you with snazzy shorts and a song), Ray, Mike, Carter and Devin all so nice…we will truly miss then! As an aside, we worked closely with Ginger in the office. She was always so friendly and helpful! We won’t need to replace this roof for many years to come, but if we need help in the future with a new house, Richard will be the first call we make. Pics do not do this roof justice! It’s a flipping masterpiece! :)

I bought a home in Placerville recently that had an unusual combination of old and new electrical system. This was complicated by the fact that the line from PG&E into the house crossed a very busy street and was hung much lower than current code allows for safety. Initially, PG&E sought to have me cover the cost of sending a new wire across the street and into a receiver that I had Carnahan install much higher on my house. Jim Strauss of Carnahan Electric went to bat for me with PG&E and successfully negotiated a much lower shared cost on my end. This was a months long process and Jim held firm and argued convincingly with the powers that be at PG&E. The work was completed yesterday and I got a call from Nate with Carnahan this morning just to make sure I was satisfied and all was well. I am beyond satisfied and I am so pleased to unhesitatingly recommend Carnahan Electric for all your electrical needs.

Nailed It Roofing showed up on time and finished when they said they would. The crew was reliable, starting early each day, and didn’t leave until the job was done.
They were thorough in their work across the entire roof. Loose tiles were addressed, moss was removed, valleys and gutters were cleaned, and everything looked solid when they were finished.
The team worked efficiently and kept the property clean. Even with a big mess from moss and leaves coming down, they made sure the ground was cleaned up before leaving.
Everyone on the crew was professional and hardworking. I appreciated that the whole team contributed equally.

Submitted a request to have an estimate completed to clear part of our land, they were prompt about getting that set up. Layne was dispatched for the job. Very knowledgeable helpful and friendly. Super happy with the work that was completed, definitely gave piece of mind as the land was neglected and very over grown with brush and dead oaks. 1 3/4 acre was cleared, big pine tree was taken down that was next to a power line. Layne and his crew handled everything safely and professionally.
In 2018 we hired All Coast Builders (ACB) to replace all of the siding and windows for our home. From start to finish, the team was on time, hard working, and a pleasure to work with. Any questions that we had or issues that came up during the install were answered and addressed quickly and professionally. The quality of the siding and windows is fantastic and we've had numerous neighbors ask who did our work because the transformation was so dramatic and the resulting finish is high quality.Fast forward to 2022, we had accidental breakage to one of the outer panes our custom semicircular windows--nothing to do with the product or the install (accidents happen). Because this is a specialty siding product, we called ACB to see if they could recommend an installer for the replacement window. The reception team at ACB said they'd look into it and give me a call back. Instead of a mere recommendation, our original project manager Justin got back to me next day and said he would be out to take a look. He measured to confirm the dimensions from our original install and ordered us a replacement window that day. Our custom order window is now installed and looks good as new!The service from Justin and the ACB team was above and beyond what we'd expect from a great contractor and we'd definitely choose them again if the opportunity came up. Thank you so much for all of your help, excellent customer service, and quality work (even years after the original work was completed!)

Steve was so good on checking things out on my car that he went the extra mile to check with the dealer on what I thought i had a lose lifter in my car.. He did an oil change since my car was due for an oil change, and while having it he checked on to see if I had a loss lifter… Thank you Steve and Lisa for your great service…

I recently injured my shoulder to the point where I could not move it and was in agony pain when I tried to sleep at night. Victoria was absolutely amazing and listened to all my concerns and trouble areas and was able to dang near heal my shoulder in one session. I booked more follow up appointments with her to keep the healing going. As a mom I need both arms to survive. They are just very caring people and I love their new location with their different element rooms! My favorite is the Earth room. If you are considering them for prenatal massages highly recommend! The did all my prenatal massages for both me kids and the massages were wonderful. I even bought my best friend a prenatal massages for her baby shower! We have also done our marriage anniversary’s there for our couples massage. Love this place. Thank you guys for all you do !
Amazing Staff and Veterinaries. Thanks to them our 15 year old Australian Shepherd acts like a 5 year old. Love this place!
