“We were doing a partial bathroom renovation, replacing tile, painting, replacing the vanity, pretty straightforward. I had met with four other contractors at this point, and the estimates were VASTLY spread out, and many were vague or just a lump sum estimate without scope of work details. Then came Daniel and SafeSide. He listened to what we wanted, and even made suggestions that saved us money. His estimate was very well priced, and listed each element we spoke about in detail. We immediately felt comfortable with him and his crew. They worked very clean, protecting surfaces and keeping supplies organized by the end of each day. Daniel's guys showed up right when they promised, and he stayed on budget. He worked with us to complete the project within our timeline, too. He communicates very clearly and is very responsive to both text messages and calls. Daniel even personally showed up to check in every day, sometimes multiple times throughout! We absolutely recommend Daniel and will be keeping in touch for future projects in coming years.“

“One of the smartest things I've done as a homeowner was to have Benitez Wrought Iron fencing installed around my home. I've never had to deal with wood rot or warping which can be very expensive and time consuming over the years. I would consider this a small job but I needed to match a new piece of fencing to an older, existing gate and the area was only about 2 feet wide. Oscar seamlessly created and inserted this new piece of iron fencing, (with finals to match) and made it look like the entire area was always intended to look this way.
