“I called San Fernando Valley Landscaping after calling several other landscaping services and getting quotes for my custom fire pit and deck I want for my backyard. What I really liked about them was they weren’t pushy about coming over or signing a contract. They were patient and offered my options the others didn’t mention (probably because they were less expensive) So I went with them. From the design to construction they were professional and transparent the crew wore masks the whole time and for the first time ever they actually finished within the budget I gave them !! “Juan is great! He was very efficient, and quick to respond. We were looking for not only a regular gardener for maintenance services, but also to refresh the old desert landscaping (which previously had faded mulch and all the DG had blown away and started to look old). Juan gave me the fastest and the best quote and worked within my budget to make everything look perfect. He and his crew worked all day to do the job on time. I had a deadline because my tenants were moving in the next couple days, so he fit me into his busy schedule to make the front and back yards look perfect. “This review is long overdue, but Sam built three redwood gates with fencing for me a couple years back and I was, and still am, very happy with the results. The existing rotten (and termite infested) gates and a fence on a block wall were removed and new gates and fencing were installed with the design being simple, functional, and termite resistant due to the redwood construction. The cost was reasonable and installation was done within the agreed time period with good communication between us. After a few years the gates still function perfectly and the finish and construction have held up nicely.Sam also removed a termite infested balcony railing and built and painted a new redwood railing that was exactly what I wanted and showed great attention to detail. Like the gates and fencing, it is holding up very nicely.If you desire new fencing or gates then I think you would be happy with Sam. I have every intention of turning to Sam when I have new projects.“

“I am writing this to recommend the services of Gustavo who works for Mulholland Brand Gates We had a wooden enclosure for our pool equipment that he removed and then replaced with Mulholland's aluminum material. He arrived on time and worked throughout the day and well into the night to finish. He was polite, personable, and knew what he was doing. He was able to adjust on the fly when, through no fault of his own, things didn't fit exactly. The finished work was great. The only hiccup was some of the debris from the original enclosure was left behind as he and his partner had no more room in their truck. In a perfect world, they might have returned the next day to take it away. But I was very pleased with Gustavo's professionalism and would recommend him highly.“
