The deck's wood was severely worn, with parts showing termite damage, and the concrete supports underneath were tilted and *cracked*. The whole thing was sitting at an angle and pulling away from the house. The primary tradesmen at our home to complete the work—project manager/foreman Ángel, plus Raul, Joell, and José—were keen professionals, and continuing to coordinate check-ins with John Simons was a breeze.
