Pacific Garage Doors & Gates has a history of delivering durable, high-quality products, as shown by a custom driveway gate that has remained in excellent condition for seven years.
We are so lucky we found this company many years ago. Our office contact, Liz (no relation 🙃), always manages to get someone out to help us right away. And the technicians are always knowledgeable and pleasant. We needed their gate whisperer, Jim, today who found and fixed something more complicated than usual. Thanks, Jim! You’re our hero.
Sam and his company were highly recommended to me by a friend of mine, and I’m really happy we moved forward with Imperial. I absolutely love my new driveway gate and new garage door! I’m already getting compliments on our new home upgrade!
We just finished having Drew and Pacific Gates build a wooden and steel gate for our side entrance to our property. It's excellent. They were very attentive, timely, did everything exactly as they said they would. Drew had lots of good ideas and gave good advice. I'd use him and them again in a minute. Their staff and workers were excellent, too. Ironically, we started out with a couple of other companies that turned out to be flakes so we were concerned when we started with Pacific. But the experience was exactly the opposite. They are great.
