Your Deck Builder did a great job on our deck. I could not be happier. The quality, service and value beat out other companies. The payment schedule was part of the contract so no guessing. We had an old deck that had seen better days so an upgrade was needed. We went with Trex composite. Angel, Raul and Joel did a great job. Professional, hard working and listened to our needs. Angel was the foreman and came to the house every day to make sure the project was on track and also rolled up his sleeves when needed. YourDeckBuilder fully replaced our aging—and dangerous, structurally-compromised—hillside deck, and we are thrilled with the result.
The deck's wood was severely worn, with parts showing termite damage, and the concrete supports underneath were tilted and *cracked*. The whole thing was sitting at an angle and pulling away from the house. We had been putting off the necessary work for fear of the cost, painting over blemishes to fool ourselves into thinking we had more time, but then one of us suddenly stepped through planks of wood (no injuries) and we knew we couldn't delay it any longer (see before photos).
