“When it comes to details I'm an absolute psycho. That is one of my toxic traits. I see EVERYTHING, every scratch, every scuff, if something is uneven by 00000.1 millimeters somehow I will see it! So construction is not exactly a walk in the park with someone like me After doing tons of research we decided to go with Ron and Aasif. They came in with a competitive quote, and even though they were not the lowest quote, I liked them the most, and immediately trusted them the most as well. Now after working with both of them, I can safely say they are both salt of the earth type of guys. Honest, PATIENT, hardworking, fair...I could go on and on. They are genuine, caring, and value their customers, truly. They told me it would take eight weeks to complete the project, we were done in FIVE! Every step of the way they held my hand, and walked us through the process. Construction can be stressful and it's inevitable hiccups will happen, but if you're going to be in the trenches, trust me when I say you want it to be with Ron and Aasif. Anyone that gets to work with them is fortunate. With all the horrific construction stories we've all heard, that's not something you have to worry about with these guys (in my experience). “With the last two big rain storms in SoCal, we had water dripping through our kitchen recessed lighting. Two families in San Marino referred West Coast Precision Roofing. I called right before Christmas Eve and was able to get scheduled for the first appt on Saturday, December 27th between 7am and 8am. The lady scheduling was kind, professional, and fit us in quickly, as I'm sure everyone calling is stressed out about a leak. I had already read all their great 5-star Yelp reviews mentioning the owner, Mike, as well as the foreman Vicente. Vicente showed up with a big friendly smile and was able to immediately find the source of the leak. He was able to repair on the spot, as well as carefully inspect our entire roof. His communication skills and knowledge were excellent, in relaying missing shingles blown off as well as parts of the roof that had incorrect materials installed - risking future leaks.
