“This is my favorite place for a massage in Sonoma county, by far. Jah is always so kind and welcoming. Every massage therapist is highly skilled. Gan most recently left me feeling relaxed and finally worked a kink out in my shoulder that’s bothered me for years.
They were amazing for prenatal and postpartum massages as well. I have been going for over 10 years and I’ve never been disappointed. I adore this spa.“

“the space is so peaceful and harmonious. I had my first class this morning at 6:30 for Katonah Yoga Flow taught by Defne, it was a struggle getting up but I am so glad I did. Her class is so dynamic, one hour flew right by. She starts with breathing work with a lot of movement. Then it goes into more vinyasa, class ends with some bending and cooling. it is not the typical yoga class but I think everyone should give this class a try!“

I am a dancer and have great balance and move well on the dance floor. But walking always felt clunky to me. I felt that I never learned to walk correctly and he helped me with that today.
