Based on the reviews, Sundown Cleaners is the best dry cleaning experience in the city. The team is professional, kind, and very good at what they do. They take the time to inspect items and mark spots, and everything comes back perfect. Their miracle work and attention to detail is incredible. They cleaned a wedding dress that had been dragged through dirt and city streets, and it came back looking like new. When a faint mark was noticed later, they took it back without hesitation and managed to get it spotless. They also provide excellent wash and fold service with fair pricing, and are reliable, trustworthy, and punctual. The tailoring is also a huge win, with varying pieces of clothing coming out perfectly and fitting like a glove. The whole team is friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and responsive. Sundown Cleaners is timely, professional, and clean, with excellent communication. A must visit for anyone in the Sunset or Richmond District.
By far the best dry cleaning experience I have had in the city. Right when I dropped off my clothes, she took the time to inspect my items, mark any spots on my clothes. Everything came back perfect.
Had my wedding dress cleaned here, and the transformation was incredible. I had dragged it through the dirt for wedding photos near GGB, and had walked through dirty city streets and grass. I had low expectations, given the state of the dress, but $260 later, it came back looking like new.
I took it to sell to a consignment shop, and they noticed a very faint mark in the front of the dress — only visible in a certain light. I drove back to the cleaners, and they took it back without hesitation and managed to get it spotless. With their help, I was able to sell my wedding dress!

My family has been going to Sundown for our dry cleaning and tailoring for around 2 years now. We are SO happy we found them!
Huge wins:
1) Wedding dress (first experience): Dress train was insanely dirty after being on the beach and on Strawberry Hill. Janette and team were able to remove all of the stains. It looked brand new. Felt like a miracle.
2) Tailoring: Next trip we took varying pieces of clothing, of different material to be tailored. Everything came out perfectly and fit like a glove.
Since then we have become regulars and plan to be for an extremely long time.
